About Me
Hi, I’m Caitlyn — a Certified Pilates Instructor teaching at Grounded on Glen St., The Body Barre, and FitCity, as well as a Dance Instructor at The Body Barre. My background in dance and athletic performance shapes the way I approach movement: intentional, strength-focused, and grounded in alignment, control, and longevity.
I’m deeply committed to continued education and am always taking classes and pursuing certifications to better myself as an instructor and mover. I’ve had the opportunity to tap dance with Nicole Billow and train with John “Comix” Barrella, experiences that continue to influence my musicality, precision, and performance quality in both my dance and Pilates teaching.
Currently, I’m training for a half marathon this May, intentionally stepping outside my comfort zone and embracing the challenge. I’m also an ECHL dancer for the Adirondack Thunder and a lifelong Boston Celtics fan. When I’m not teaching or training, I’m spending time with my dogs, Eugene and Sheldon, who keep me grounded every day.
My goal is to help you move with strength, confidence, and intention — both in and out of the studio.
